    Our prestigious Beauty team is looking for an Account Executive to work with some of the most exciting beauty names in our client list.  You will join a lively, creative and talented team, delivering excellence for a wide range of enviable beauty clients. As an Account Executive, you will be working on a portfolio of existing clients, nurturing key media and influencer relationships whilst supporting the TCS team to deliver the agreed client programmes and desired results.

    As an Account Executive key responsibilities will include:

    • Meet regularly with a broad spectrum of media to build new contacts and deliver media coverage
    • Proactively pitch to media coverage generating ideas that will include and support agency clients
    • Be responsible for the day to day running of client programmes with guidance and support from an Account Manager or Account Director
    • Organise the mail-outs of clients merchandise promptly and correctly in response to requests
    • Contribute to TCS media initiatives
    • Conduct research as appropriate to support the development of client plans and new business responses
    • Handle press enquiries quickly and effectively
    • Work collaboratively with your colleagues toward the success of the wiser team and clients
    • Facilitate the smooth running of the day to day function of each account team, providing support as requested and required
    • Draft meeting minutes, agenda, progress reports etc. as necessary for your accounts

    The ideal candidate will be a talented Account Executive with exceptionally strong beauty experience.   • Influencer Marketing Manager

    We are looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Manager to join our busy Creative, Insight and Digital team, taking a critical role in leading the agency’s influencer marketing strategy.

    As well as successfully developing and managing a varied mix of influencer campaigns from end to end for our clients, this role is also very much one of thought-leadership. TCS is passionate about using our influence for good – and so we are looking for someone who can think deeply about the cultural, social and environment impact our work has, as well as the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns. The Influencer Marketing Manager will take responsibility for supporting all account teams in developing best practice of the discipline, running training sessions and keeping all teams up to date on best practice, technologies and trends, as well as developing a vision for influencer marketing within the agency that helps us deliver against our working values.

    This is a mid-weight position for a proactive, collaborative and highly motivated person looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive and dynamic professional environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience of influencer marketing, ideally with some experience within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle industries,, and knowledge of relevant technology platforms such as Tribe Dynamics, Buzzole, LaunchMetrics, etc. They will be a highly strategic thinker, able to look beyond the likes to develop effective campaigns that can deliver tangible business results, and have excellent relationship building skills amongst clients, colleagues and – of course – the influencers themselves.
