    Key Responsibilities

  • Account Coordinator
    VIP and Special Projects

    Our talented VIP & Special Projects team are looking for an exceptional, experienced and motivated Account Coordinator to join the team. You will be able to work on some of the most exciting clients across fashion, lifestyle, arts and beauty and support the team during some of the most prestigious events in London.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control the movement of all client press & VIP dressing samples, working with, and supporting, your colleagues as necessary to achieve the desired client objectives and results
    • Fostering strong relationships with VIPs, influencers, their representatives and stylists
    • Facilitate the smooth running of the day to day functioning of the team, providing support as requested and required
    • Pro-actively support your team with industry research and identifying suitable client opportunities for engagement, such as: identifying new talents and VIPs, monitor tour schedules and promotional activity for VIPs for gifting and dressing opportunities
    • Monitor and capture coverage results and communicate in a timely manner to the client

    • Handle VIP and influencers enquiries quickly and effectively and to the high TCS quality standard, ensuring constant communication regarding media sample requests
    • Support the team during projects, client events and fashion shows as directed
    • Assist the team with securing editorial credits, both online and print, on the back of any VIP placements or events.
    • For events, oversee VIP attendee logistics including transport, dressing, face boards etc.

    A minimum of 1 year of experience in VIP and Events across fashion, lifestyle or beauty, with experience working with sample management, VIP and special projects is essential. Naturally you will be a team player who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enthusiastic and keen to evolve in a fast pace team and learn about the VIP & Events industry.
