    Key Responsibilities:

  • STUDIO MANAGER

    Our Studio team here at TCS is growing rapidly and we are seeking a Studio Manager to lead the planning of our in-house studio. In this role you will actively support our clients across the creative design and production space and completely own the product lifecycle from product brief to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Complete ownership of product lifecycle from client brief to delivery
    • Traffic all workflow through TCS from inception to production
    • Build delivery timelines in conjunction with the Account Management and Strategy Teams.
    • Control the creation, distribution and efficient processing of each creative brief to ensure timely delivery of work to the client.
    • Own the sign-off process to ensure that all work leaving the Studio is approved by the relevant stakeholders of TCS
    • Ensure studio is resourced to manage all foreseen incoming traffic and plan ahead for required resources
    • Tailor systems and processors to suit our clients’ needs and industry trends
    • Regularly update the Chief Creative Officer of the creative capacity and output of the studio.
    • Maintain and develop positive and strong relationships between TCS with new and existing clients
    • Communicate with all team members to ensure thorough understanding of assigned tasks and deadlines
    • Work collaboratively with your colleagues, wider teams and external partners and contribute forward thinking and innovative ideas.
    • Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered to a high-quality standard and within the agreed timeframe.

    You will be a self-motivated, passionate individual with a high attention to detail who takes ownership of tasks and goes above and beyond to deliver a high quality final product.
