  • Account Coordinator
    Fashion PR

    Our established and talented Fashion team are looking for an exceptional, experienced and motivated Account Coordinator to join the team. A minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion and luxury PR, with experience working with sample management, is essential. Some Social Media and Digital experience would be ideal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and control the movement of all client press samples, working with, and supporting, your colleagues as necessary to achieve the desired client objectives and results
    • Facilitate the smooth running of the day to day functioning of the team, providing support as requested and required
    • Answer TCS and team telephones often and appropriately
    • Assist in the compilation of monthly reports for clients
    • Deal accurately with couriers, both domestic and international
    • Detailed send out and tracking of all samples for editorial
    • Ensure samples are returned by allocated time and in good condition
    • Initiate regular stock checks, flagging any issues immediately to account leads
    • Assist each team with all seasonal press mailings
    • Handle press enquiries quickly and effectively and to the high TCS quality standard, ensuring constant communication regarding media sample requests
    • Support the team during events and fashion shows as directed.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Sample management experience in a similar role
    • Proven and strong contacts in fashion sector
    • Passionate about fashion and new trends
    • Confident and upbeat persona both with colleagues and clients
    • Must thrive in fast paced, busy environment.

  • Senior Account Manager
    Fashion PR

    Our talented Fashion team are looking for an exceptional, experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join their team working on a varied client portfolio across a selection of luxury as well as commercial fashion brands.

    As a Senior Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Meet regularly with a broad spectrum of media to build new contacts and deliver media coverage
    • Develop PR objectives and strategies that satisfy the client’s brief, balancing strategic thinking, creativity and budget
    • Proactively pitch to media coverage generating ideas that will include and support agency clients
    • Be responsible for the day to day running of client programmes reporting to the appropriate senior team leaders
    • Juggle demands on multiple clients to ensure all work is conducted to schedule by the team and themselves
    • Prepare budget quotations for project, and reconciliations to monitor expenditure against budget
    • Produce media evaluations for clients that clearly correspond to campaign objectives
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients in most instances
    • Assist in development of new business responses and pitches as required

    Skills and Experience:

    • Currently operating at the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager level with PR experience with luxury or commercial fashion brands
    • Wide range of extensive contacts in fashion (UK focus in particular)
    • Experience supervising and motivating team members
    • Passionate about creativity and ideas generation and inspires colleagues

    As a Digital Account Executive your key responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting in depth market research on social media and digital trends, to support the development of client plans and new business responses
    • Support on the creation and development of paid influencers and social media campaigns
    • Establishing relationships and negotiating contracts with bloggers Social media content planning and community management
    • Attending events to assist with social media activities
    • Planning and scheduling strategic updates and content across varied social media platforms

  • Relationship Manager: Retail Portfolio
    Lifestyle

    Our Lifestyle team are looking for a talented Relationship Manager to join the team working as a brand outreach contact on a prime destination brand that encompasses fashion, F&B and wellness brands. You will be working on the largest account in the agency, with a team encompassing diverse skillsets and liaising with both global and independent brands that call the West End home.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing both reactive and proactive daily communication with 200+ brands across both destinations
    • Attending meetings with brands to understand their objectives, share our marketing strategy and advise on opportunities for involvement in PR campaigns
    • Draft minutes from each meeting to share brand activity with wider team, collate feedback on how each initiative can be supported and relay this to the brand in a succinct manner
    • Input all brand support and other data into CRM system (a client-facing system to be updated weekly)
    • Working closely with the wider team to ensure thorough knowledge of all upcoming campaigns and reporting on past campaigns to brands
    • Fostering strong relationships with ‘priority brands’
    • Provide strategic counsel to the client to aid their wider marketing campaigns with brand specific knowledge
    • Pinpointing and brainstorming with the client and team where additional support is needed for brands
    • Conduct research to support industry knowledge across fashion, F&B and wellness
    • Weekly review of competitor support and opportunity for brands in other destinations
    • Input activity into both weekly and monthly reports
    • Handle all client and brand enquiries promptly and effectively
    • Contribute to account brainstorms, both with brand perspective and with own creative input
    • Support on PR outreach for specific campaigns

    The ideal candidate will be a currently operating at Account Manager level, who has strong knowledge of and passion for at least one sector of fashion, F&B, hotels or wellness. You will have 2-3 years’ experience working in a brand facing role. You will be confident in, or willing to learn, knowledge of the retail sector to talk effectively to brands operating in this space. You are willing to work with multiple team members internally to ensure work is delivered, and thrive off meeting both individuals and brand teams to deliver support for their marketing and business objectives. Able to work independently from various settings as well as collaboratively with the team in the office.
