TCS is a fully strategic PR and communications agency specialising in the luxury goods sector. Fashion, Travel, Beauty and Lifestyle Divisions have portfolios of the world’s most successful brands alongside emerging talent and niche brands across all consumer sectors.

The People

The Communications Store is made up of 65 individuals lead by a Senior Management Team, Group Account Directors, Account Directors, Managers and Executives. In addition the teams are supported by 9 administrative staff.

Tom runs The Communications Store with Julietta and oversees a specific portfolio of clients across the divisions supported by a number of senior players. Tom and Julietta’s plan has always been to create a progressive, team orientated agency that would harness the talents of senior consumer PR professionals, allowing the agency to grow without compromising on service and delivery to both clients and the press.

Julietta Dexter founded The Communications Store in 1995. Julietta and Tom work closely together to ensure that the company ethos and vision is maintained. Julietta oversees a specific portfolio of clients – in addition Julietta works closely with Mark Golledge, Director of Finance. Julietta and Tom value their staff enormously, encouraging constant challenge, growth and development, and inspiring core business values in each executive to ensure the business's founding values are constantly delivered. Julietta is a passionate proponent of strategic brand building. Her long-term client relationships are key to the business's strength.

Having previously worked as Head of International press at Versace and Head of European Press at Tommy Hilfiger, Daniel joined TCS in 2002 to build the Fashion Division within the company. 8 years on the division now represents some of the most iconic names within the fashion world as well as some of the best new young British fashion talent.

Mark Golledge, Director of Finance

Mark, a Chartered Accountant, joined TCS in 2003. Prior to The Communications Store he was with GSD for 13 years - a marketing group that was bought by Interpublic / McCann Erickson. Mark has been a key component in the Company's strategic growth since his arrival and continues to steer the company through its ongoing development.

Maria Arroyave, Director of Embryo

Maria has been with TCS since 1999 where she rose through the ranks to senior level in the beauty division. In 2008, TCS launched Embryo – headed by Maria, a division within the company for premium niche brands that are new to market. Maria is able to focus her full attention to client and press relations whilst using the main frame resources of admin and business support. This allows fast growth opportunity for niche brands at a critical time in their development. The division has proved to be a great success.
